Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule a cleaning. To cancel or end our services, we require at least 7 days notice prior to the scheduled start time. In the event of a cancellation with less than 7 days notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. If a cleaning appointment is missed without prior notice, the full service fee will apply. Thank you for understanding.
